Stay Healthy in Your Thirties.

Most people are far less active in their thirties than their twenties, but most don’t change their dietary habits accordingly as they age. In fact, some people even eat more out of boredom at their new-found inactive lifestyle or very active most would say. Your 30's are a good time to start your health journey. What are you waiting for?

A one-hour workout is just 4% of your day! If you can scroll on Instagram for hours you can work out for just an hour.

Motivation Is Key!

You may need some encouragement when it comes to getting fit. My son was my motivation. I must stay active to keep up with my kiddo. What is going to motivate you to move? Come up with a few reasons why being active will help create a healthier you.

Begin with activities you enjoy and slowly build up your endurance. To keep on track, record any physical activity you do in a journal or download a fitness tracker to help you out. I have alerts on my phone to remind me its time to get up and move my ass.

Don't rush the process, you'll miss the journey!

Sometimes you just need brutal honesty to get you moving! Yea its going to be tough some days but think about your goals. We all have been busy starting a career or raising a family and I know my relationship with fitness has been a roller coaster! No one ever said getting an awesome, healthy body was easy—that's why the word work is in working out!

Remember fitness is not just about hitting the gym; it is also about an inner happiness and an overall well-being. Exercise is also one of the most effective ways to improve your mental health. ... It relieves stress, improves memory, helps you sleep better, and boosts your overall mood. So, keep this mind when you are starting your journey!
