Cooking with Parker.

This weekend we had a blast cooking with Parker!

My toddler sure does know his around the kitchen and the way to my heart. This little bed head toddler insists on helping me make my Smoothie Bowl and stole the show. This cool kid has personality for days, watch him below step by step help mommy make her smoothie bowl.

Ingredients:

1/4 Cup Dole blueberries, frozen

2 Cups Dole fruit and veggie fruit 'n greens, frozen

2 Fresh Strawberries

½ Cup of blueberries

½ Raspberries

½ teaspoon Chia Seeds

½ Cup Coconut milk

½ Banana

*Blender of your choice

Step 3: Prep your fruit

Step 4: Add your frozen fruit

Step 5: Cover your ears because its going to get loud!

Step 5: Prepare your way. Simply align your fresh fruit inside your bowl and sprinkle chia seeds to your liking. Just like Magic Mommy smoothie bowl is complete!
